1F: Consultation: Shaping Civic Space through the Open Government Partnership

Sixty-five countries have joined the Open Government Partnership (OGP), signaling their commitment to more open, accountable, and responsive governance. The OGP provides a significant, but often underutilized, opportunity to promote an enabling environment for civil society at both the global and national levels. This session will explore how civil society can engage with and enhance the OGP to strengthen civic space around the world.
