Dr. Taimur Rahman is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Lahore University of Management Sciences. He is the spokesperson for a band called Laal that has used poetry and music to mobilize people to struggle against religious extremism and increase democratic space. He is the author of the award winning book “The Class Structure of Pakistan.”
